The 6th Petroleum and Chemical Industry Green Development Conference was hosted by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and the China Chemical Environmental Protection Association, with the theme of "Gathering Green and Moving Forward with Carbon Cables - Facing a Sustainable Future".
At the opening ceremony of the conference, Zhang Hua delivered a speech as a representative of advanced units and shared the experience of green development of enterprises with the guests.
Fuhua Chemical is a global comprehensive chemical enterprise in Leshan, Sichuan. In Zhang Hua's speech, the concept of "recycling" development was mentioned many times. He divided the development process of Fuhua into three stages: from 2003 to 2013, as the initial stage of Fuhua, Fuhua spent ten years to lay out the circular industrial chain, from 2013 to 2022, Fuhua spent ten years to improve the circular industrial chain, and in the future, from 2023 to 2035, Fuhua will continue to deepen the circular industrial chain.
At the beginning of its establishment, inspired by Hou's alkali making method, Fuhua chose the glycine route when planning and laying out the glyphosate industry chain, laying the foundation for Fuhua's green development. Over the years, Fuhua has been committed to technological innovation and process optimization in the chemical industry, building green mines, focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction, and opening up an integrated full-cycle industrial chain. "At present, the utilization rate of waste heat of Fuhua condensate has reached 80%, the recycling rate of condensate water resources has reached 80%, and the overall pollutant emission is only about 30% of the approved emissions, achieving a carbon emission profit of 480,600 tons and a market value of about 25 million yuan. Zhang Hua said when introducing the company's energy conservation and emission reduction results.
In the planning of the third stage of development from 2023 to 2035, Fuhua will integrate "green development" and "digital empowerment" into all aspects of the company: in terms of industrial development, Fuhua plans to invest 22 billion yuan to build more than 2,000 acres of Fuhua Advanced Materials Industrial Park; in terms of production and operation, Fuhua will comprehensively promote automation upgrading, focus on reducing the number of major hazards and reduce on-site operators; in terms of company management, it will launch the "Fuzhi" project to help development with digital; Fuhua will also build basic chemicals, agricultural chemicals, The five business divisions of new materials and specialty chemicals, plant protection and public works continue to dig deep into the value of the recycling industry chain.

He said that green development is to achieve sustainable economic, social and environmental development, which is the mission and responsibility of chemical enterprises.
