The completion and commissioning of the peak condenser of the generator set of the Zhundong Thermal Power Plant is expected to save nearly 10,000 tons of standard coal every year, which greatly reduces the cost of coal use.
How "green" can "green production" be? Zhundong Park has always been committed to developing a "green and low-carbon super cycle" industrial park, extending the silicon-based industrial chain, and thereby reducing fossil energy consumption. This year, Dongfang hopes that the 7.02MW distributed photovoltaic project of Zhundong Thermal Power will be successfully connected to the grid for power generation. The project is part of the distributed photovoltaic project in Zhundong Park, and it is also the first photovoltaic power generation project in the park, which can save nearly 100 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 500 tons per year after it is put into operation. The project is a successful practice of Zhundong Thermal Power Plant to give full play to the advantages of the "Liugu Fengdeng" green cycle production system, actively implement the "double carbon" action, and vigorously develop clean energy. With the gradual completion of the photovoltaic project in the Zhundong Park, a steady stream of green electricity will be fed into the production grid of the park, injecting more green kinetic energy into the high-quality development of the Zhundong Park.

In the second phase of the molding crushing room of Zhundong Carbon Plant, the pit belt may cause belt wear and tear during long-term use, there is a risk of leakage, and it is easy to cause blockage due to compaction, so the existing environmental protection measures still need to be upgraded in order to continuously improve the on-site production environment.
Zhundong Carbon Plant actively responds to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy, firmly grasps the three principles of "promoting the harmony between production and ecology, harmony between people and the environment, and long-term and recycling of resources", improves the production status of the crushing room in the molding area, and organizes technical personnel to calculate the gap according to the relevant environmental protection standards, starting from the existing work foundation, tracing the root cause to find the problem, scientifically formulating effective measures, and carrying out in-depth communication and demonstration, and quickly organizing forces to carry out the upgrading of environmental protection facilities. The pit belt in the crushing room in the molding area was replaced, and the enclosed vibrating conveyor was upgraded. After nearly a month of intense operation, after on-site commissioning, the upgraded equipment is operating normally, and the pit environment is completely upgraded, which further improves the working environment of the production site, reduces the workload of personnel, and continues to run stably in the production of molded products.

The company has introduced an advanced dust removal system in the same industry in combination with the actual situation, collects and purifies the flue gas of each equipment in the process production line, filters the harmful gases and particles in the flue gas through dust removal and other purification methods, and continuously reduces its proportion in the emission gas, and the final emission is far better than the national advanced standard, and the emission reduction effect is greatly improved, which not only achieves the recovery of flue gas heat energy, but also reduces the impact on the environment.
