Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment released the 2021~2022 carbon emission quota data accounting and confirmed that Kailuan Tangshan Zhonghao Chemical Co., Ltd. has a total surplus of more than 157,000 tons of carbon emission indicators in two years.
It is understood that Zhonghao Chemical attaches great importance to carbon emission management, establishes a special leading group, sets up relevant institutions for carbon emission management, clarifies the division of responsibilities, establishes and improves the company's "Energy Management System", "Carbon Emission Management Responsibilities", "Carbon Emission Management Measures", "Coal Mining and Sampling Operation Regulations" and other management systems, and realizes standardized management of carbon emissions.
In the actual production process, in order to continuously reduce energy consumption and water consumption and improve the level of comprehensive utilization of resources, Zhonghao Chemical has successively implemented the boiler sewage recycling project, the limestone discharger renovation project, and the boiler flue gas deep emission reduction environmental protection project, which can reduce the coal consumption index, save more than 1,400 tons of coal and 13,300 tons of limestone annually.
Zhonghao Chemical also optimized the boiler operation mode, and the operation mode of the unit was adjusted from "two furnaces and two machines to "two furnaces and one machine", which not only ensured the stability and reliability of steam, but also maximized the advantages of power generation; Accurately formulate coal blending plans, optimize the operating parameters of chemical plants, effectively use hot water waste heat, reduce steam coal consumption, improve the level of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and greatly reduce coal costs.
On this basis, Zhonghao Chemical comprehensively organizes the inspection of steam pipelines and heating equipment, and the on-site operation staff investigates every day, and the branches and functional departments conduct weekly inspections, and continuously increases the inspection and management efforts to ensure that there is no steam leakage at the process site. In the past two years, the company has treated more than 400 on-site steam "running and dripping" problems, reducing steam waste at the root.
