Wang Jianzhong, chairman of the company, introduced that the plant mainly uses green and clean energy to reduce carbon emissions, production water can be recycled without discharge, saving more than 1,000 tons of water annually, and solid waste such as scraps in the production process has also been 100% recycled, and the entire production process has no pollution to the external environment.
With the assistance of the intelligent robotic arm, the bamboo transported from the bamboo base is "transformed" into a set of bamboo fiber environmentally friendly tableware after multiple processes such as crushing, fine grinding, hot pressing molding, disinfection and sterilization.

At present, the bamboo winding pipeline produced by the base has been successively applied to the pipe network project of the Western Science City (Beibei) Sensor Industrial Park, the integrated sewage treatment of Guangyang Island, and the integrated sewage treatment of Jinyun Mountain Scenic Area in Beibei.
Beibei District is also focusing on the main directions of bamboo winding, bamboo raw fiber, and bamboo-based fiber composite materials, introducing upstream and downstream related enterprises to expand the industrial chain cluster effect of new bamboo materials. It is understood that at present, in addition to Zhongxian and Beibei, Yongchuan, Kaizhou and other places in Chongqing are also actively exploring the comprehensive development and utilization of bamboo fiber, and have cultivated a series of leading forestry enterprises, covering decoration building materials, disposable environmentally friendly tableware, bamboo daily necessities and other categories.
