The production of ethanol from industrial tail gas is a specific manifestation of the efficient utilization of tail gas resources, which is of positive significance for the green development of metallurgical and calcium carbide industries, the added value of the whole industrial chain, and the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. In recent years, the metallurgical and calcium carbide industry in our district has made great progress in energy saving, pollution reduction and carbon reduction through technological transformation and upgrading, industrial structure adjustment and circular economy development, and the industry exhaust waste heat power generation coverage rate has reached more than 90%, and the level of enterprise technology and equipment is in the leading position in the same industry in the country, and the circular economy operation mode has become the world's first ferroalloy.
1. Continue to encourage green, low-carbon and circular development of enterprises. At present, the ferroalloy enterprises in our district have basically formed a silicon-manganese, calcium silica and special ferroalloy production base based on Pingluo Industrial Park (12) and Shizuishan Economic Development Zone (16) and a ferrosilicon production base based on Zhongwei Industrial Park (15), which has created a prerequisite for the park to coordinate the industrial exhaust gas treatment of various enterprises, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, particulate matter and nitrogen oxide emissions, and enhance the added value of products. Actively explore new modes of centralized exhaust gas treatment to improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of exhaust gas.
2. Continue to stimulate the internal motivation of enterprise innovation and development.
