　　According to reports, the center has built an "electricity-carbon" analysis model through the method of "measuring carbon by electricity", and has established a full-caliber and multi-dimensional carbon emission measurement system for provinces, industries, industries, parks and enterprises in Qinghai Province by relying on the carbon emission monitoring and analysis service platform. At present, the center has realized carbon emission monitoring in 8 cities and prefectures, 7 major industries and 5 key industries in Qinghai Province, and has established exclusive "electricity carbon accounts" for 174 enterprises to realize carbon emission monitoring and analysis of electricity customers.
