Recently, the "Code for the Construction of Online Carbon Emission Monitoring System" jointly drafted by Taizhou Ecological Environment Bureau, Taizhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Taizhou Standardization Institute and other units was officially released. It is understood that this is also the first municipal local standard in the field of carbon emission monitoring in China.
The "Specification" puts forward specific requirements for the direct monitoring system, data collection and transmission system, data accounting and verification system, and real-time monitoring and monitoring platform covered by the online carbon emission monitoring system, and stipulates the construction principles, system composition and composition, technical requirements and performance indicators, station requirements, installation requirements and system evaluation of the carbon emission online monitoring system. Among them, the technical requirements of four important performance indicators of indication error, system response time, zero drift and range drift technology, as well as the technical requirements of six accuracy levels such as gaseous pollutants, oxygen and particulate matter are quantified, which provides professional and operable business guidance and normative guidance for the construction of carbon emission online monitoring system.
The Code will come into effect on January 30, 2023.
