In order to accelerate the construction of the network and data security guarantee system in the field of industry and information technology in our province, and improve the awareness of network and data security risk prevention and emergency response capabilities of industrial enterprises, on November 20, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology held a training meeting on network and data security in the industrial field of the province in Harbin. Wang Yanqing, second-level inspector of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, attended and delivered a speech.

This training invited experts from the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and the Heilongjiang Provincial Industrial Information Development Center to interpret the network and data security policy documents in the industrial field in detail, help the municipal (local) industry and information technology departments and relevant enterprises in the province to implement security responsibilities, carry out network and data classification and grading related work, further strengthen the construction of institutional and technical protection capabilities, and actively respond to the network and data security situation in the industrial field in the new era. More than 120 people from the provincial industrial Internet network security and data classification and grading key enterprises participated in the training meeting.

In recent years, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has thoroughly implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, adhered to the overall national security concept, and vigorously promoted the development of network and data security in the province's industrial field in accordance with the work arrangements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. This year, the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Data Security Industry" was formulated and issued to promote the development of the network and data security industry, formulate incentives and subsidies to support industrial enterprises to carry out network security and data classification and grading, hold a number of industrial Internet integration activities in the province, publicize and interpret policies and regulations, and form a good development pattern of joint management and benign interaction between government and enterprises.
