On November 17, in the production workshop of Anhui New Realm Automation Technology Co., Ltd., located in Shushan Economic and Technological Development Zone, programmers were debugging the fully automatic intelligent robot grinding system. After nearly ten years of development, Anhui New Realm has grown into a specialized and new "little giant" enterprise, and its products have broken through the core technology of grinding castings and forgings with complex structures.

Some time ago, the company asked the Shushan District Government for help. In response to the needs of enterprises, Shushan District contacted Anhui University, Hefei University of Technology and other universities for the first time, and invited a team of experts in related fields to the enterprise to exchange and discuss school-enterprise cooperation projects.

In 2022, sales will increase by 21%, and sales are expected to reach 150 million yuan in 2023. ”

Strengthen policy empowerment. In addition to tailoring policies for enterprises, the city has also adjusted the financial contribution subsidy to the revenue growth subsidy, which has improved the accuracy of the policy. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 170 million yuan of awards and subsidies for specialized, special and new enterprises at all levels have been cashed, benefiting more than 310 enterprises.

Strengthen innovation and empowerment. Our city gives full play to the advantages of national laboratories, large scientific devices, manufacturing innovation centers and other platforms and the role of leading enterprises in innovation. Since the beginning of this year, the city has promoted 17 specialized and special new enterprises and universities and institutes to jointly build key laboratories of disciplines.

Strengthen financial empowerment. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 1,408 high-quality small and micro industrial enterprises and specialized and special new enterprises have been promoted to meet the financing needs of more than 20 billion yuan. At the same time, we have promoted the landing of specialized, special and new enterprises in the multi-level capital market, and a total of 5 specialized and special new enterprises have been listed since the beginning of this year, accounting for 62.5% of the total number of listed enterprises.

Strengthen talent empowerment. Focusing on the talent needs of specialized, special and new enterprises, our city pays close attention to key universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad, and carries out in-depth activities such as the Global Cloud Recruitment Conference and the "Talent Recruitment and Intelligence University Tour". As of October, 145 specialized, special and new champions and "little giant" enterprises in the city have enjoyed the municipal talent policy and received more than 8,700 yuan in rental and purchase subsidies.

Strengthen market empowerment. Focusing on the supply and demand docking needs of specialized and special new enterprises, we will carry out supply and demand docking activities to help specialized and special new enterprises "enter the chain". Since the beginning of this year, more than 100 matchmaking activities have been carried out, with more than 3,400 participating enterprises, and more than 190 contracts or intentions have been signed, involving an amount of more than 4.1 billion yuan.

Strengthen service empowerment. Since the beginning of this year, more than 50 docking service activities have been carried out, serving more than 2,200 specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises. Online and offline policy briefings were organized, with more than 7,000 enterprises participating.

Our city adheres to the top-level design, and actively builds a new pattern of gradient cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises with specialized, special and new "little giant" enterprises as the leader, provincial specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises as the backbone, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises as the foundation. As of the end of October, the city has cultivated a total of 188 specialized, special and new "little giant" enterprises, accounting for 31.9% of the province; A total of 1,604 provincial specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises have been cultivated, accounting for 27.4% of the province; A total of 1,834 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises have been cultivated, accounting for 37% of the province.
