Notice of the <br>Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on matters related to the open recruitment and interview of public institutions in the second half of 2023

The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology is hereby notified of the relevant matters related to the open recruitment interview of public institutions in the second half of 2023 as follows:

1. Participants in the interview

For details, please refer to the personnel publicized in the "Notice Announcement" column of the portal of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in the "Notice and Announcement" column of the "Notice of Some Institutions Affiliated to the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in the Second Half of 2023 for Public Recruitment of Candidates to Enter the Interview and Related Matters".

2. Notice of matters related to the interview

(1) Interview time: December 2, 2023 (Saturday).

(2) Interview location: Harbin Electric Power Vocational and Technical College (No. 59, Xiangdian Street, Xiangfang District, Harbin City).

(3) The printing time of the admission ticket: from 9:00 on November 29, 2023 to 24:00 on December 1, 2023. Candidates are requested to print the interview admission ticket by themselves (the link URL for printing the admission ticket: https://hljs2023lk.ibaoming.net/). 3. Relevant requirements

(1) Please be sure to enter the test center from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on the day of the test, and those who are late will be disqualified from the interview.

(2) When participating in the interview, you must bring your original valid ID card and interview admission ticket, and those with incomplete documents are not allowed to participate in the interview.

(3) When entering the waiting room, candidates need to put their mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic products in the designated position according to the requirements of the staff, and retrieve them after the interview, otherwise they will be dealt with as a disciplinary violation.

(4) Candidates must abide by the discipline of the interview and examination room, and candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting room at will after the examination begins. After the test, please follow the staff's arrangement to leave the venue, and do not stay without reason, otherwise it will be dealt with as a disciplinary violation.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to wear strange costumes or clothing with obvious signs.

(6) The test center does not provide food and drinking water, please bring your own.

Fourth, the minimum score of the interview is set

(1) According to the "Announcement of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province on the Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in the Second Half of 2023", those with an interview score of less than 60 points will not be hired.

(2) After research, the minimum qualified score line for interviews is set for positions where the ratio of interviewers to the number of candidates to be hired is less than 3:1, and for positions where the ratio of the actual number of interviewers to the number of candidates to be hired is 1:1. The minimum score of the interview is set at the average score of all candidates participating in the interview in the interview examination room where the candidate is located and is not less than 60 points.
