According to statistics, since the grid connection, the total power generation has exceeded 25 million kilowatt hours, the average annual power generation can reach 126 million kWh, compared with the same power generation of conventional coal-fired thermal power units, the project can save about 43,000 tons of standard coal per year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions of about 106,000 tons, and further optimize the adjustment of Daishan's energy structure.
The Shuangjiantu Fishery and Photovoltaic Complementary Project is planned to be constructed in three phases, with a total area of more than 8,000 mu and a total installed capacity of about 850MW, which is expected to be fully put into operation in 2025 and will become the largest tidal flat photovoltaic power station in Zhejiang.

Reduce emissions and light up the path of low-carbon and energy-saving development

On March 29, one of the world's largest placer ships, the 400,000-ton "Mingqing" ship docked at the rat lang lake wharf, the ship was brightly lit, and six ship unloaders on the wharf were unloading iron ore from the ship around the clock, and the "Mingqing" ship was no longer provided with diesel self-power generation, but the green power of the State Grid.
On the same day, the shore power project of Zhoushan Ratlang Lake Ore Transit Wharf was officially put into use.
"Shore power construction is an important measure to build a green port this year, in the past, ships could only use diesel generators during docking, which not only generated huge noise, but also produced a lot of sulfide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter. According to the relevant person in charge of the company, at present, the construction of shore power projects at berths 1 and 2 of the rat lang lake wharf has been completed, with a total capacity of 5.1 megawatts, which can meet the charging of 400,000-ton ships.
It is reported that after the shore power facilities are put into use, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 1,300 tons per year, and reduce sulfur and nitrogen oxides by more than 50 tons per year, further boosting the construction of "green ports" and the realization of the "double carbon" goal.
From scratch, from small to large, from "bonsai" to "landscape", around the realization of the goal of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality", Daishan accelerates the promotion of clean and low-carbon energy transformation, and vigorously promotes the use of new energy power.
This year, Daishan has invested 9 million yuan to purchase 10 new energy pure electric buses, and the maximum mileage of the vehicle can travel about 230 kilometers after charging in a single day, which can basically meet the operation of the bus for one day.
The new energy pure electric bus not only has no vehicle exhaust emissions, but also has garbage sorting facilities and multiple USB charging ports to fully meet the diverse public transportation needs of citizens.
Up to now, Daishan has a total of 70 new energy buses, of which 20 are hybrid buses and 50 are pure electric vehicles, accounting for about half of the total number of buses in the county.

After the fishing boat arrives at the port, the fisherman's wife is responsible for collecting the garbage. Today, the work has been extended to more than 100 fishing boats in the county.
What should I do if marine garbage is collected, and how to promote the sustainable development of marine garbage classification?
At the end of November last year, Daishan Changtu Gold and Silver Fisherwoman Association signed a contract with Zhejiang Lanjing Technology Co., Ltd. to establish the city's first marine garbage sorting and treatment station - "Little Blue Home". The "Little Blue House" further straightens out the three links of "separation, collection and transportation" of marine garbage classification, and is the terminal treatment site of "marine garbage collection", truly realizing the closed-loop management of marine garbage.
Transparent mineral water bottles, transparent bottles with color labels, plastic bottles with colors...... In the warehouse of the "Little Blue House", the fishermen sorted the collected plastic bottles according to the requirements, punctured and deflated, and finally sent them to the compressor to pack them into a 25-kilogram rectangle, which was neatly stacked in the warehouse. The finely sorted and packaged plastic waste will be recycled by the company at a higher price, and the income can increase the income of the fisherwomen who run the "Little Blue House".
The "Little Blue House" also created jobs, with a monthly salary of 15,600 yuan, to maintain the operation of the workshop. "I first invited 3 fisherwomen who are idle at home, responsible, and willing to endure hardships, and the final income will also go to these fisherwomen. Hu Songsu, president of the association, said that after working continuously for a certain period of time, the "Little Blue Home" will also pay for its health insurance, accident insurance, etc., "Arabi garbage station is 2 jiao per catty, and the fishermen's wives often go to the sanitation center and the homes of the needy people to publicize, and if there are any, they will come to collect them." ”
In addition, the "Little Blue House" also feeds back to the people, employing 50 to 68-year-old households with the ability to work and disabled people as "marine cleaners", giving them a price higher than the market price, purchasing all kinds of marine plastic waste that are washed to the shore by the rising and falling tides in fishing ports, wharves, tidal flats and other places, and sorting and compressing the plastic waste. In less than a year, Little Blue House has recycled more than 8,000 kilograms of plastic waste.
"Next, I hope that not only plastic waste, but also waste cables, old nets, and broken crab pots that no one wants that we fishermen salvage, can also be recycled through this industrial chain. Hu Songsu said she was in talks with a company to let fishermen catch nets tangled in seaweed, "all to protect the marine environment." My goal is to make marine garbage recycling and sorting better than that on land. ”

It is reported that the special treatment of noise pollution is one of the important special rectification actions led by the Daishan Branch of the Zhoushan Ecological Environment Bureau this year, aiming to rectify the problems of night noise disturbance in construction and social life, transportation, and industrial production in the whole area of Daishan.
"Vigorously analyze and judge noise complaints, and take multiple measures to improve the effectiveness of remediation.
