Cultivating fertile soil for the development of science and technology enterprises, Changsha's newly registered technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises increased by 28%

Changsha Science and Technology Bureau recently revealed that as of the third quarter, the total number of newly registered technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the city reached 7,141, a year-on-year increase of 28%, and the first batch of high-tech enterprises declared and recommended 2,455 enterprises, a year-on-year increase of 20%.

Since the beginning of this year, Changsha has accelerated the cultivation of science and technology enterprises by building an echelon of science and technology enterprises, accelerating the establishment of new research and development institutions, and supporting enterprises to take the lead in tackling key technologies.

Adhere to the 4 80% orientation. Realize that 80% of project approval, platform identification, R&D investment, and technology contract registration are arranged in or from enterprises.

Adhere to the demand for major technical research from enterprises. Form a technical research chain that effectively connects the "unveiling the leader" project, major scientific and technological projects, and key R&D plans. This year, 340 technical needs were openly solicited and a list of 130 key technical needs was released, so that 100% of the demand came from enterprises.

Insist on guiding the flow of talents to the enterprise. "Changsha City strives to create a national platform to attract and gather talents several policies (trial)" has a clear orientation, most of the policies and measures only support enterprise scientific and technological innovation talents, this year a total of 42 vice presidents of enterprise science and technology, 447 agricultural science and technology commissioners, to provide strong support for the innovation and development of enterprises.

According to reports, the Changsha Science and Technology Bureau will be guided by the construction of a global R&D center city, further condense the wisdom and strength of the whole society, and focus on the implementation path of seven major projects, including the agglomeration of R&D enterprises (centers), the support of strategic platforms, the improvement of innovation energy levels, the empowerment of industrial clusters, the transformation and efficiency of achievements, the strengthening of scientific and technological talents, and the optimization of the innovation environment, so as to make substantial breakthroughs in the construction of global R&D center cities.
