At the "2023 Dual Carbon and Dual Control Green Productivity Forum" held this time, focusing on the major national strategic deployment of "dual carbon and dual control", the China Association of Productivity Promotion Centers, the Green Productivity Working Committee of the China Life Association, the China Association of Listed Companies, the Carbon Neutrality Professional Committee of the China Petroleum Society, and the Collaborative Innovation Center for Pollution and Carbon Reduction of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences jointly announced the creation of a national-level "dual carbon and dual control" The institutional and technical service platform, which is led by the Collaborative Innovation Center for Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, formulates industry carbon emission standards for enterprises involved in carbon emissions across the country, and evaluates and certifies enterprise emission reductions. At this forum, in line with the principles and purposes of green, low-carbon and recycling, the first batch of 26 technology-based enterprises with green innovation, green productivity and green influence officially settled in the platform, and these enterprises will help the construction of the platform with high-quality hard-core technology and promote the achievement of the goal of "double carbon and double control".

The forum was co-organized by the Green Productivity Working Committee of the China Biological Association and the Collaborative Innovation Center for Pollution and Carbon Reduction of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences. Leaders, experts, and new hard-core technology enterprises at the meeting conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on the theme of "high-quality development of productive forces and Chinese-style modernization". At the end of the forum, certificates were issued to 58 enterprises that obtained the qualification of green productivity recommended technology.
