The first "Yellow River Basin Ecological Protection Theme Publicity and Practice Month" was successfully held. Regional biodiversity has improved significantly, and the 14th Five-Year Plan for the reduction of major pollutants has been completed two years ahead of schedule. The construction of ecological civilization in the whole region has been comprehensively strengthened, and new achievements have been made in the construction of beautiful Ningxia.
The report emphasizes that 2024 is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a key year for achieving the goals and tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and a year full of opportunities and challenges.
