Covering an area of 20.38 square kilometers, the Canal Business District is located at the north head of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the east end of Chang'an Avenue for 100 miles.
At present, the Beijing Green Exchange has moved into the business district and is now upgrading to build a national green exchange, with a carbon quota turnover of more than 3 billion yuan. The wealth management subsidiary of the largest city commercial bank in China, Beijing Bank Wealth Management, has settled in the office. Ueda Yagi and other internationally renowned foreign companies have also set up new China headquarters in the business district, and PricewaterhouseCoopers has also settled in the business district. Well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as ABC Financial Technology, Green Finance Research Institute, and Huaxia Wealth Management have settled in succession, and relevant buildings of financial institutions such as industry, agriculture, China, construction, and postal savings have been delivered, and CICC Asset Management has completed the approval procedures. The development trend of the modern financial service industry chain and the headquarters economy has taken shape.

In terms of commercial facilities, the six major commercial complexes in the region have a planned area of 680,000 square meters.
