The first "employment station" put into use adopts the model of "employment station + gig market", and builds an exclusive service area of 20 square meters in the party and mass service center of Jianguo Street, with 1 public welfare post personnel as the stationmaster, and a part-time service team composed of professionals from the district human resources and social security bureau, private enterprises and vocational training institutions, and carries out public welfare employment services such as job information release and docking, vocational skills training, and employment and entrepreneurship policy consultation from Monday to Friday. Adopt the "online + offline" service channel, synchronously connect with the Daoli District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's "Douyin Live Broadcast with Posts", and continuously release the latest employment recruitment information. At the same time, gig workers and new workers are provided with temporary rest, mobile phone charging, hot water and medical kit services. Through household surveys, the "Employment Station" establishes a ledger of unemployed people, registers the basic personal information, employment willingness and training needs information of the unemployed, those with employment difficulties, and unemployed college graduates, and provides "one-to-one", "personalized" and "doorstep" high-quality employment and entrepreneurship services for residents and gig workers in Jianguo Street and surrounding offices.

Daoli District will take the Jianguo "Employment Station" as a pilot, adopt "Party Building + Employment" and "Community Service + Employment" and other methods to create a "6+N" work model, and radiate and promote it to 23 towns and 160 communities in the district, so as to build the post station into a warm service platform.
