During the first session of the 14 th People's Congress of the autonomous region, Proposal No. 689 put forward by Deputy Xi Manli was co-organized by our office.

1. Build a whole industrial chain

Recently, we have compiled the coal and coke chemical industry chain, and have suggested that the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region should be included in the management of key industrial chains, promote the integration of the whole industrial chain of coking enterprises, promote the intensive processing of by-products such as coke oven gas, coal tar, crude benzene, etc., extend to the downstream of the industrial chain such as coal-based new materials and fine chemicals, and climb the high-end of the value chain, so as to realize the transformation of the coking industry from "high energy consumption, high emissions, and low added value" to "low energy consumption intensity, low carbon emission intensity, and high added value".

2. Support the infrastructure construction of the park

In order to improve the infrastructure construction of the park, further enhance the carrying capacity of the park, and promote the high-quality development of the park, our department has continued to increase its support for infrastructure construction projects in the park in recent years, and has given a total of 49.8 million yuan of special financial support to 6 infrastructure projects in the Etuoke Economic Development Zone since 2018. Among them: 2 sewage treatment projects in the park, with a support fund of 13.8 million yuan; 2 pipeline network projects, with a support fund of 23.9 million yuan; 1 smart park construction project, with a support fund of 9.6 million yuan; 1 solid waste slag yard project, with a support fund of 2.5 million yuan.

In 2023, our department will continue to provide special financial support for infrastructure construction projects in the park, and the project review work has been completed, and special financial support will continue to be given to infrastructure construction projects in the park that meet the support direction and conditions.
