1. Background of the revision of the Implementing Rules

In the process of rewarding the platform with a benchmarking role in our province in accordance with the original implementation rules, it was found that the reward conditions of the original implementation rules were not clear enough, and the standards were not clear enough, which urgently needed to be standardized and solved.

Third, it is necessary to further standardize the cashing work, and the original implementation rules do not clarify the declaration regulations and reward standards of the identified platforms, which misleads the identified platform enterprises and reduces the enthusiasm of the identified platform enterprises to improve the quality and scale of the platform.

2. Revised content

Compared with the original Implementing Rules, the new Implementing Rules have been revised in three main aspects.

First, it is consistent with the "Identification Measures", and the scope of reward objects is determined to be cloud platforms in accordance with the original text of the policy, and is no longer limited to industrial Internet platforms. The second is to clarify the standard and reward amount of the sub-level reward, which is conducive to the clear identification of the reward amount of the enterprise and improves the fairness and accuracy of policy fulfillment. Third, it is clarified that enterprises that have received policy incentives and meet the upgrade standards will be rewarded in accordance with the principle of making up the difference, which stimulates the motivation of enterprises to improve the service level of the platform.

3. Basis for revision
