The first is the special physical examination service of "pollution reduction and carbon reduction", carrying out special assistance actions for pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and providing technical guidance for pollution reduction, carbon reduction accounting, identification of pollution and carbon-related problems, countermeasures and suggestions, etc., such as from the enterprise power distribution system, electroplating process, wastewater treatment, waste gas collection, etc., including the elimination of S9 and below series of transformers, the change of electric heating of Gaomeng plating tank to air energy heating, oven exhaust gas recovery and other specific measures. A total of more than 20 physical examinations for pollution reduction and carbon reduction were carried out throughout the year. The second is the customized service of the "double carbon" path of small-scale buildings, integrating the technical advantages of the member units of the alliance, taking the small-scale buildings of the member units as pilots, through the investigation of the current situation of carbon emissions, the simulation of building energy consumption, etc., and proposing the carbon reduction path of "zero-carbon energy, energy conservation and carbon reduction, carbon increase and carbon sequestration", and the implementation of building photovoltaic integration (BIPV), ecological toilet pollution reduction and sink increase, multi-online central air conditioning and building automatic control energy saving and carbon reduction, vertical greening carbon sequestration and sink increase, rainwater use water saving and carbon reduction, The six major technologies of low-carbon office comprehensive carbon reduction take the lead in exploring a new model of near-zero carbon or even zero-carbon transformation of small-scale buildings. Faced with the problem of "who to find" for the "double carbon" work, the alliance based on Bao'an's green development strength, carried out the Bao'an "carbon" rope bridge meeting to match units with resources and needs. The first is to sort out the "carbon quota" and build a bridge for "carbon compliance". In response to the problems of insufficient carbon quotas and lack of purchase channels for compliance enterprises, the alliance combed the list of enterprises with surplus carbon allowances and were willing to sell quotas, and provided them to enterprises with purchase needs free of charge, so as to help successfully complete the annual compliance work and help the annual compliance work to be completed 100%. The second is to sort out low-carbon technologies and build bridges for "carbon transformation". Combined with the advantages of low-carbon products and technologies such as photovoltaic, energy storage, and lighting in Bao'an District, we will actively sort out and contact enterprises that are willing and in need to provide resource docking services, such as matchmaking for photovoltaic energy storage projects of two leading enterprises in the industry, which is currently under negotiation. Innovate the "double carbon" leading model and create a pilot demonstration of Bao'an's "carbon cable".

At present, the "dual carbon" work urgently needs the "leading wolf" to take the lead and set an example, and the effective implementation path of the carbon "double carbon" goal. To this end, the alliance launched the pilot demonstration action of Bao'an "carbon" cable to make more beneficial explorations. First, we will make every effort to promote the pilot work of near-zero carbon emission zones. The alliance formulates the pilot work strategy of "publicity and promotion + active mining + scientific evaluation + technical assistance", organizes more than 20 near-zero carbon pilot lectures, study meetings and research meetings throughout the year, sorts out potential projects to form a pilot library, and provides full technical guidance from the aspects of completeness of application materials, accuracy of data accounting, rationality of low-carbon paths, and characteristics of pilot projects, and successfully completes the pilot declaration of near-zero carbon emission zones in 2023. The second is to actively explore the carbon emission supervision mode of intelligent industrial enterprises, launch the first carbon emission map of industrial enterprises, and design a total of 25 functions around "one map can be viewed", "one key can be calculated", "one code can be compared" and "one table can be checked" function, to rate the carbon emission control level of industrial enterprises in the whole region, to achieve one-yard comparability. In the future, on the basis of further data integration, the carbon emission map will gradually promote wider coverage, higher carbon management efficiency, smarter carbon emission early warning, and more timely carbon control intervention.
