"By putting into operation two sets of 700 kilowatt compression heat pump units at the Wangchang Joint Station, using sewage as a heat source and effectively recovering waste heat to replace the current heating furnace, it can not only achieve zero discharge of industrial wastewater, but also reduce energy consumption, killing two birds with one stone." Hong Yunfu, director of the production and operation department of the Jianghan Oil Production Plant of Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield, said that at present, the Wangchang Joint Station is stepping up the construction of carbon neutrality projects and actively building the first "waste heat + green electricity" carbon neutrality demonstration site in the oilfield.
It is understood that the two sets of compression heat pump units use waste heat to heat crude oil, which is expected to replace 286,000 cubic meters of associated gas per year, consume 8 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity, and reduce carbon emissions by 5,300 tons.
Wangchang Joint Station is the largest joint station of Jianghan Oil Production Plant, with a daily processing capacity of 600 tons of crude oil and 6,500 cubic meters of sewage per day.
The heat load in the station includes the heating of crude oil for export, the heating of two unloading pipelines, and the heating and sweeping of hot water, with a heating load of more than 1,366 kilowatts. The heating system of the joint station is related to the important task of crude oil export heating, circulating water heating and sweeping line in the station, and crude oil export heat tracing.
In the past, the heating furnace used natural gas, which not only polluted the air, but also had the shortcomings of low operating load rate; At the same time, due to the long running time of the heating furnace, the perforation of coils, smoke pipes and heat exchanger bundles sometimes occurs, which not only affects the normal operation of production, but also makes the thermal efficiency worse.

In the renovation of the quality and efficiency improvement project of Wangchang Joint Station of Jianghan Oil Production Plant, the oilfield adopts the "waste heat + photovoltaic" model in accordance with the principle of deployment, design and construction of new energy and oil and gas engineering projects, and puts into operation two sets of 700 kW compression heat pump units while building photovoltaic projects to supply green electricity.

In the process of construction, Jianghan Oil Production Plant adheres to the principle of overall planning, scientific layout and distribution implementation, and in view of the fact that many systematic or local processes of the joint station are not adapted to the requirements of the development of the times, and there is high consumption and low efficiency, comprehensively considering the site function, location, transformation workload, benefits and other factors, the relevant technical personnel are organized to conduct multi-party investigations, combined with the actual production, and systematically optimize and adjust the ground system as a whole. Each station in the high field is adjusted to a water distribution station, simplifying the process flow in the station, realizing continuous and closed gathering and transportation, and creating good conditions for the oilfield to build a carbon neutral demonstration site of "waste heat + green electricity" in the Wangchang joint station.
"By building a number of carbon neutral demonstration stations represented by the Wangchang Joint Station, the utilization of associated gas will be gradually reduced and the energy consumption of production will be reduced, which can bring more green benefits to the enterprise."
